DATES & BOOKINGS
How is your relationship with yourself? Are you kind, loving, forgiving? Or are you sometimes (be honest here!) judgemental, negative or harsh? While we enjoy caring for our loved ones, we don't always extend this to ourselves.
Fall in love with taking care of yourself - mind, body and soul. In this beautiful 2 hour workshop with Emma Ceolin we'll explore yoga as a tool to consciously cultivate an expression of love and kindness to yourself through nourishing forward bends, nurturing cradling poses and softening supine postures. We'll learn look at the science behind self-compassion, dive into yoga philosophy, then focus on releasing many layers of unconscious, over-critical self-talk to find gentler, more loving ways to be comfortable in our own skin. Expect asana, meditation, pranayama, Metta meditation, aromatherapy and raw vegan treats! Leave this workshop with tons of inspiration and practical tools for self-compassion and self-care. Self-love, baby. That's what it's all about.

Soul opening. I went to one of Emma's workshops, with no idea what to expect, no certainty of what I needed out of it, but knew I needed change. I felt aware, open, supported, and connected. I came with no expectations, and left with more than I needed. I felt an emptiness when first asked what made me happy, and I left realising I had soooo much to be grateful for. I appreciate you so much Emma. Thank you! — Allessandia Montana, Gold Coast
Emma is an old wise soul in a young body. She has a gentle strength about her that resonates a feeling of calm and tranquility to those she teaches. As a yoga teacher myself it is a blessing to find a fellow teacher like Emma. I attended one of Emma's workshops and loved every minute. Emma includes so many different elements in her workshops that there is something for everyone. I now am a loyal follower and am looking forward to another one!— Michelle Rossi, Brisbane
