Hey guys! I'm Emma Ceolin. I'm an Aussie-based yoga teacher, founder of YOGAVENTURES and MNDFL Project, blogger, entrepreneur and social media influencer (you may know me as @emmaceolin on Instagram). I'm also a skydiver, freediver, scubadiver, surfer, vegan, but mostly I'm just passionate about leaving this world a little better than how I found it.
I first found yoga as a therapy for anxiety and depression. It set me on this path of wellness that changed my life forever. It's been a colourful journey and I'm so grateful for every high and low that led me here. Because it led me to exactly where I'm meant to be - right here! I now live a simple, holistic, happy life where I teach yoga classes, workshops, teacher trainings and retreats around the globe.
It's now my mission to create this ripple effect of this positivity and love and make a difference with my time here. To inspire others to cultivate balance and create a life they froth over day in and day out. To share yoga, travel and adventure.

Emma is an amazing yoga teacher. Her yin yoga class is literally the highlight of my week! She sets up each class for optimum relaxation and transformation through her beautiful presence, sound, essential oils and her little nuggets of wisdom she effortlessly weaves throughout the class. My yin yoga session with Emma is the tonic to my crazy week. Until now I have always done hot yoga or strong flow as an extension to my cardiac training schedule - but recently I was introduced to yin. I was asked to go with an open mind and it actually blew me away. It's taught me that your body and mind need some restoration from all the mental and physical stresses you put yourself through. Emma is an old wise soul in a young body. She has a gentle strength about her that resonates a feeling of calm and tranquility to those she teaches.
